Your First Visit

We will try to make your first visit as smooth as possible. Please come 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient Form.

You may also fill out our New Patient Form online. 

Initial Examination

Your dentist will start by reviewing your dental and medical history, then performing a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a detailed exam of your teeth, gums, jaw and bite, in addition to an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays. 

Treatment Plan

Your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you based on your history and examination. There will also be time to ask any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

• How can I book an appointment?

  Please contact our locations during our regular business hours to book an appointment at dentalhouse Glen Abbey Dental.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  Please call us to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please let us know about any change of plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text or email appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

• Do you provide services in any languages other than English?

  Yes, we provide services in English, Portuguese, Italian, Punjabi, Serbian, Croatian, Persian, Urdu, Russia, Dutch, Turkish, Hindi.

  Please advise us when booking your appointment if you have a language preference.

• Does your clinic on-site parking?

  Yes, our location has free on-site parking available for patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit. 

Insurance & Financing

At dentalhouse Glen Abbey Dental, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, insurance claims, and financing so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.

Insurance Claims

We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms and signatures.

Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments. 

Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

Payment Methods

You are responsible for any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance. These must be paid at the time of your appointment. 

We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
