Dr. Poorsina, Oakville Dentist

Dr. Arsalan Poorsina

Dr. Poorsina decided on a career in dentistry at the early age of ten. Dr Poorsina's work philosophy is simple: he considers himself a "tooth doctor" and is interested in the overall healthcare of his patients.

Dr. Poorsina takes pride in establishing a patient-centered approach of which comprehensive treatment planning is paramount. From educating his patients about dentistry to developing a friendly rapport with them, Dr. Poorsina believes in making sure his patients are with him every step of the way.

Dr. Poorsina holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery and Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Western Ontario. He is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, The American Academy of Pain Management, and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. He is a Fellow of the American Dental Implant Association.

Doctor Lang, Oakville Dentist

Dr. Chris Lang

Dr. Lang graduated from the University of Toronto from the Faculty of Dentistry in 1985. After serving four years as a dentist with the Canadian Armed Forces in British Columbia, he moved to Oakville and opened his practice in the Abbey Plaza.

From a modest start with two dental chairs and two employees, the practice has grown to a nine-chair facility, employing nineteen dedicated team members, thanks mainly to the kind referrals from our existing family of dental patients.

Dr. Lang prides himself on providing his patients with the best care possible. He has a special interest in orthodontics which he has been practicing for eighteen years. He is proud to provide solutions to the most complex esthetic dental problems and full mouth reconstructions.

Dr. Lang also has a number of interests outside the field of Dentistry. He is an avid reader, tennis fanatic and mountain biker; however, his passion is music. He plays bass guitar for a classic rock cover band and a country music band, and can be heard whistling the bass lines to the songs on the radio throughout the day.

Dr. Lang's greatest achievement is his family. Linda, his wonderful wife of thirty years, is a teacher. He is also extremely proud of his two children, Lisa, a landscape architect, and Andrew, a high school teacher.
